Personalized Dance Ceremony

Is movement your medicine? Do you want to use it to connect more deeply with the innate wisdom of your body, releasing stored emotions and going on a deeply transformative journey guided by a customized sonic landscape?

Our ceremony preparation begins with a discussion to understand your purpose and what you are working through so I can craft a powerful, fully customized dance ceremony just for you to support your unique intent.

Using this custom sonic journey created just for you to move through, you’ll be gently guided through the dance, using the elements to support your process.

Afterwards, we’ll have an integration & support session to help the medicine of your dance land in your body so you can embody it more deeply going forward.

For in-person sessions, we do a blindfolded dance in a safe space, which allows you to travel deeper into your body without external distraction. For distance healing, we will meet online and then have a council session after to integrate.

  • Ceremony preparation begins with an intake discussion to understand your purpose and provide the information necessary to craft a powerful, fully customized dance ceremony just for you + your unique intent, depending on what you are working with or through.

  • A custom dance journey created just for you, with your intentions placed directly into the musical wave.

  • After your ceremony, we give your journey a day to land (it’s good to journal about your experience during this time) and then have a story sharing + mirroring council the next day to support your integration.

We will some together to dance, doing a series of exercises focused on different parts of the body to explore the internal and external experiences and bring about an increased sense of awareness and connection to bodies and the space inside and around us.

ELemental DANCE RETREAT (5 days)

In this retreat we will dance with the elements and directions, focusing. Each day contains dancing + medicine walks on the land and council circles.

In this workshop we will work with the elements and directions. Each day contains dancing + medicine walks on the land, council circle and culminates with a 24 solo fast on the land and closing circle to integrate.
